Using Our Ticket Repair System.
Technology isn’t everybody’s cup of tea, but to offer a quality service we need to let technology take over a little! Don’t worry, it’s easy to do!
1) Raise A ticket
Head over to this link and fill out all the boxes. Giving as much detail of the fault or issue.
2) Wait for us to get in contact
Wait for us to have a look at your ticket and make sure it is something we can repair. If we can repair it proceed to 3) Book Appointment
3) Book Appointment
We will send you an appointment link if we are able to repair. The appointment page is here. Simply book a date and time to suite you to drop your equipment to us. You’ll get an email with our full address and contact details on.
4) Drop your repair to us
When you book an appointment we generally give a 30 minute window. It’s generally not an issue if your early, but we may not be around until your scheduled time so don’t worry! We will be around!
Because of covid please adopt distancing when dropping off!
5) Repair
We will schedule your equipment in for repair based on it’s priority, we have set limits we will automatically repair up to before getting in touch with you to speed up the repair and ensure it is economical. We will keep you updated with system updates when your repair moves from stage to stage.
6) Payment Card & Cash
After the repair we will send you in the ticket a link to make payment. This is a unique link to your repair, and links to our payment merchant worldpay. If you’re paying with cash, please bring the exact amount as we do not keep change on site.
7) Book an appointment to collect
Like the reverse of booking the appointment to drop off, book another appointment to collect. Don’t forget the distance!
